KIDS FISHING DAY 2000

John Baker announced another successful Kids Fishing Day and thanked everyone who participated. Kids Fishing occurred on Saturday and Sunday, May 6th and 7th 2000 at the percoloation ponds on Dell Ave in Campbell, Cal. Rotarians, families, friends worked the cooking and serving areas, stayed till dark Saturday (dinner and social function) as "security", helped the kids with their fishing awards, and closed down/cleaned up on Sunday. This day and a half work benefited thousands of kids, and gave their families a day at the lake.
